Shipping & Policies

Shipping:

dac® ships via FedEx. Direct Action Company, Inc. will determine if smaller packages can be combined for shipping. Please assume all packages will be shipped separately. Actual shipping charges may be adjusted due to weight and dimension of some items shipped. We will email you in such a case. Shipping and deliveries are made in accordance with the standard rules and regulations of these respective shippers. Shipping is worldwide.

Regardless of your shipping selection, the appropriate shipping charges will be applied to your ordering during check-out process. We will contact you with any changes or for confirmation purposes. Arrival time for you standard ground shipment is dependent on the distance of the package destination. dac® does not deliver Saturday, Sunday or nation U.S. holidays. dac does not deliver to post office boxes except in the case of shipment to military bases.


Local Delivery:

If a dac® sales representative is available in your area you may have the option of choosing "local" delivery. The sales representative may deliver product direct to you (free shipping) if he/she is in your area. A $250 minimum order is required. This option may take up to 2 weeks. If it is determined the order is out of the sales representatives location the order will be shipped from his/her warehouse and shipping charges billed accordingly to customer credit card.


Payment:

dac® accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Please submit the correct billing address for the credit card to help us prevent fraud. If an incorrect billing address is submitted we will refuse shipment. Your credit card will not be charged until the day of shipment.


Sales Tax:

Sales Tax is not charged


Canceling An Order:

We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. Back orders may be cancelled by contacting us by Telephone at (800)921-9121.


Order Status:

Order status may be checked by contacting us by Telephone at (800) 921-9121. Please include your shopping cart generated invoice tracking number.


OUR POLICIES

Order Policy:

The confirmation of an order by email or any other type of electronic confirmation does not constitute dac®'s acceptance of the order. dac® has the right to refuse shipment without any prior notification.


Return Policy:

No returns without prior authorization. Damaged items must be reported to carrier upon receipt. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges on returned items will be assumed by purchaser.


Privacy Policy:

All personal and company/business information if for our own use, to help us better serve our customers. dac® does not release any customer information to any other party.


Email Lists:

Anyone may subscribe to our mailing list by either purchasing an item, or requesting subscription via email. dac® will occasionally send email to our customers to inform them of sales, special offers or other relevant news concerning our website. We do not send unsolicited "spam" to anyone on our customer list. Anyone may unsubscribe to this list by using the unsubscribe option at the opt-in list signup location, or by clicking the opt-out link on the footer of one of the mailings.
